Kammy is hungry for something sweet and delicious, but where to go!?? There are so many sweet treats here in Nueva Ecija, but wait… have you ever heard of Tilapia… in your ice cream?! Well, that’s what Daerry’s Scoop is putting out for you, their fellow pinoys, and to the world to try! 

Located along Maharlika highway, Daerry’s is a pitstop that is sure to tickle your taste buds. A unique shop offering various ice cream rolls, ice cream sandwiches, and tilapia-based treats developed by food scientists from Vera Bella Enterprises (CLSU). This dainty Tilapia ice cream parlor also offers tilapia oat cookies, baked goods made with carabao’s milk, and various snacks with ingredients sourced from local farmers that are so delicious and perfect pampasalubong! 

Tilapia ice cream varieties, like the chocolate-coated ice cream sandwiches with praline. Rolled Tilapia ice cream with a variety of flavors like Strawberry, Cookies and Cream, and Biscoff. (Kammy’s favorite is the rolled Mint Chocolate Tilapia Ice Cream) If you’re not into ice cream, fancy some cookies? They also sell delicious Tilapia Oatmeal cookies called Fingerlings for you to snack on. This place also has a lot of hot foods and meals like sandwiches, burritos, and wraps for you to try, and lots of pastries like pull-apart bread for you to enjoy. So what are you waiting for?
